The animals owners warrant that their pets are in a fit and sound condition and are not known to be dangerous to humans or other animals.
Relevant certificates of vaccinations must be produced before any animal will be permitted to enter the Kennels or Cattery.
In the event on an emergency we shall contact you or your own Veterinary Surgery.
We suggest that your pets have an Insurance scheme in place.
The owners accept that we take every care and attention with their pets but unfortunately Illness and accidents can occur and we cannot be held responsible as we take all precautions possible.
We also cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss to Toys, Bedding etc. supplied by owners.
Daily rates apply (an overnight stay therefore will be charged as two days boarding). When you book your pets in you will be required to give a fixed date for collection and if you do decide to collect earlier than expected you will still be required to pay to the fixed date.
We will hold your name, address, phone number and email in our database for our reference only and will not pass this data onto another third party and is for our purposes for contacting you only and is held in a secure database with only staff access.
